That is the whole trade. It is written here so neither of us has to pretend the free build is charity. It is a fair exchange that only works if your results are real, which is exactly why the build gets my full standard.

What exactly do I get in a free build? +

A Launch-Page-scope website, hand-coded and conversion-engineered, the same standard as the $500 paid tier, plus one working automation: instant lead reply, a follow-up sequence, or a review engine. Live on your domain, you own everything.

What's the catch? +

There is no catch, there is a trade, and it is stated up front: a written case study with your real numbers, a public review, and two introductions to people who could use the same work. That is the entire price.

Why would you work for free? +

Because I am building a case-study library in a new niche, and documented results with real businesses are worth more to me right now than one-off fees. You get the work, I get the proof. Five slots is the honest limit of what I can deliver at full quality while running everything else.

What happens after I apply? +

I review applications within 24 hours. If you qualify, you get a link to book a 15-minute scope call and we lock your slot and start date. If the fit is not there, I will say so straight, and point you at the free tools so you still leave with something useful.

What if all five slots are taken? +

The application stays open as a waitlist. Slots that stall get released, and paid builds always have room: the Launch Page is $500 and ships on the same one-week rhythm.
