Privacy Policy

This policy covers generussdesign.com, run by Generuss LLC ("generuss design", "we", "us"). Russ Gardner owns the business. It explains what we collect when you visit, use a free tool, send a form or book a call, what we do with it, and the choices you have.

What you give us

When you send a form or run one of our free tools, we collect what you type in: usually your name, email address, website address and your answers. Some tools also ask for a phone number or details about your business, and the brand check saves the report it builds for your site. When you book a call, Cal.com collects your name, email, the time you pick and any notes you add. If you buy a paid audit, Stripe handles the payment, and we never see your full card number.

What we collect automatically

• Our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and basic request details to deliver pages and keep the site secure.
• When you send a form, we store a scrambled one-way code made from your IP address, not the address itself, to stop spam and repeat abuse.
• If you arrive from a link with campaign tags (like utm_source), your browser keeps those tags for the visit and sends them along with any form or booking, so we know which link brought you.
• Some tools save what you enter in your browser's own storage so you don't lose your work. That stays on your device.

Cookies and the Meta Pixel

This site doesn't set cookies of its own. We use the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta (the company behind Facebook and Instagram), to see whether our ads lead to visits and inquiries. It loads after the page has finished loading. It tells Meta which pages you viewed and when you send a form, and Meta sets its own cookie to do this. Meta may use that data to measure and show ads, under the Meta Privacy Policy. The Cal.com booking calendar may set its own cookies when you open it.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the Meta Pixel does not load for you at all. You can also block third-party cookies in your browser settings, or turn off ads based on activity from other websites in the Ad preferences section of your Facebook or Instagram account.

How we use it

To reply to you, run the tool or build the report you asked for, prepare for and hold your call, do the work you hire us for, send invoices, keep the site working and secure, and see which ads and pages bring in inquiries. We email you about what you asked for. If you'd rather not hear from us, reply and say so.

Who helps us run the site

We share information only with the services that help us do the things above:

• Cloudflare, for hosting and site security
• Supabase, which stores form submissions
• Resend, which sends form notifications, our first reply to you, and reports by email
• Formspree, a backup for forms if our own form system is down
• Cal.com, for booking calls
• Stripe, for payments on paid audits
• Telegram, for private alerts to Russ about new requests
• Google PageSpeed Insights, which measures the speed of a website you enter in a speed tool
• OpenAI and Anthropic, AI services that help write some free reports about the website you enter
• Meta, for ad measurement through the Meta Pixel

Some tools also look up public records about a domain you enter, such as its DNS settings or registration details. We don't sell your personal information for money. The Meta Pixel does share your activity on this site with Meta for advertising, as described above.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions, reports and booking details for as long as we need them to work with you and to keep business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your choices

Email us to ask what we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We'll reply within 30 days.

Children

This site is for businesses and isn't meant for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
